I came in two weeks ago to have a vehicle key cut. The previous two shops I had been to were both unable to help me. Theses guys were so incredibly helpful and very kind. It was refreshing to leave a shop feeling elated. Highly recommended 👌

From start to finish, they were so very helpful. From Les and Brad giving advice and sourcing exactly what I needed at the price I wanted to pay. I was kept up to date with expected delivery dates and even received it earlier than was first thought. Then Tanya in accounts being polite and courteous with the payment side of things. Definitely will be using them again.

I can’t recommend this locksmith highly enough! My key snapped in the front door lock and they came out incredibly quickly. They managed to get me back into my house in no time and, rather than replacing the whole lock, they were able to fix it — saving me time and money. It’s so nice to find such an excellent, honest local company. I would highly recommend them for any of your locksmith needs!

Another 5 star visit from Brentwood lock and safe . We have used BLS in several occasions to change locks when we have moved house . So when our parents got locked out they were our first port of call and of course they didn't disappoint . From my call being answered to Brad turning up was a total of about 30 mins . A big thank you to your team this morning for cutting a key for a security padlock I had for my 20-Ft container. They were quick. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Definitely go back if I have any issues with any other locks, doors, windows, etc.

We called Brentwood Lock & Safe this morning at around 8:30 as we had a broken door mechanism. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful and arranged an appointment for an engineer to attend. A couple of hours later a chap called Andy turned up who effected an expert replacement of the internal workings of the multi point locking mechanism in very little time. What an excellent service all round from BL&S - Highly Recommended

Five star isn’t enough for these guys I bought a pair brass handles a while ago they developed a fault yesterday I took them back to try and get them repaired or replaced had a phone call today (Under 24hrs) to say replacement were in ready to be collected no charge. Really nice guys couldn’t have been more helpful now a secure front door again a first class company well done.

Excellent service.Went hear looking for a certain lock, really helpful.Gave me some very good advice.Even let me take a lock home to see if it was the correct lock before paying, never known service like that considering I have never met the staff or used there service.. Lock fit but didn't lock so took the lock back with the old lock and with some searching found the correct lock. Will definitely go back if I need a lock or locksmiths.

My dad has been using 'Les the lock' for years and always holds him in the highest regard. Just today I went in there to have a new key cut, as always Les was super friendly, seemed genuinely interested in our conversation and of course the key worked perfectly first time. Having used them for other locksmith services they have always been knowledgeable and reliable. Can not recommend them enough.
